Abe Sannoh

My name is Abraham (Abe) Sannoh, creator of Evolution Gym Fitness, and my vision is to empower people from all walks of life to discover their purpose and accomplish their dreams.

I started Evolution Gym Fitness with the mission of helping people achieve their fitness goals. I believe in a holistic approach to life and it all starts with a healthy body. Taking care of yourself by feeding your body proper nutrients and getting sufficient exercise is the best approach to living a well balanced life. With a healthy body, you’ll have room to focus on other aspects of your life.

As far back as I can remember, I was constantly active. As a kid I spent quite a bit of time playing soccer, and going into adulthood I dedicated over 24 years of my life to professional dance. I have learned through discipline and hard work the level of effort and passion that is needed to effectively execute a goal in any area of life.

I am also a firm believer in continuing education; you are constantly evolving into your best self. Fitness and health coaching for me is simply an extension of that, another chapter of my life that is unfolding where I have the honor to share the wealth of knowledge I have accumulated through my past endeavors with the world.

As a certified fitness/health coach, executive life coach, and professional dancer (ballroom, Latin and competitive), I know what it takes to get results and achieve goals. Through perseverance and hard work anything is possible! As your coach and mentor, I believe together we can break through the barriers that held you back in the past and achieve your goals.

Newton Msipa

My name is Newton Msipa. I am a certified personal trainer through (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I started working out in the hopes to improve my vertical jump, quickness, reaction time, and speed on the basketball court. With little time spent lifting weights I started to notice results when I played basketball which helped me continue going to the gym but the biggest thing that caught my attention was how my physic started to look/transform. I had very little knowledge of training and dieting but the little results I saw kept me going.

My dream at first was to be a basketball player but at some point, I was not improving even though I would spend most of my time practicing. I felt like I had reached my plateau in basketball. This frustrated me but I noticed that I was gaining muscle from lifting weights which made me more interested in bodybuilding. Right after I graduated high school I decided to do a bodybuilding show through NPC which I ended up placing 3rd place out of 20 guys. Feeling confident about all the knowledge I had acquired over the time period I decided to get certified to be a personal trainer so that I could help others reach their fitness goals.

As your personal coach, my goal is to motivate, guide, and keep you accountable to your fitness goals so you can live a healthier lifestyle through proper training and dieting strategies.
